Heart of Communication

Learn the True Art of listening with your Heart
A participatory class with pair and group practice based on Buddhist principles. It’s an opportunity to grow spiritually through learning how to listen with an open heart, without projection or judgment.
Experience the joy of feeling completely understood and cared for.

In 2009:
6-week class:  February 2nd - March 9th.
Mondays, 7:00-9:00pm
Please register by Jan. 30th with $60 class fee.

The class will be given again in May and in October of 2009
