Tuesdays: 6:30-7:30 PM
Wednesdays: 6:00-7:00 PM
Fridays: 7:30-8:15 AM
This deep meditation chanting practice is non-sectarian and non-denominational. It allows the practitioner to enter a state of samadhi, expressing a deep wish for the best for self and all others.
Cost: open contribution or donation
