Tao Shiatsu 90-hour Introductory Course

Before entering the program of levels 1 and 2 an introductory course of 6 months is required. Class will be held on weekends.

Introductory Course Fee: $800

Registration and deposit of $200 due by Sept. 16th

Payment plan available: $200 deposit + 3 monthly payments of $200, paid at the beginning of the first 3 months.

Please note that the total hours from the Introductory Course (90 hours) will be included for those students wishing to continue their practice in levels 1 and 2 towards Tao Shiatsu Certification.

Nembutsu Chanting Circle

Charity Shiatsu

Fundraiser for international and local aid projects in Haiti, Bangladesh and Madison

Held every last Sunday of the month
Place to be announced each month

Combine relaxation and donation by receiving 10 or 30 minutes of Tao Shiatsu.  A short treatment will give relief to your body and spirit, while supporting projects and communities of people in need both locally and internationally.

Ki and Health Day

Calm your mind, relax your body, increase your energy, create greater harmony in your life, in your relationships with others, and in the world.

Spend a day or half a day learning traditional Eastern health exercises and practices that strengthen the flow of universal life energy (known as "ki" in Japanese) throughout your body, mind and spirit. 

Experience Meridian partner yoga, Renki movement exercises, short meditations, a presentation about Ki Health, Heart of Communication practice and Buddhist Chanting.

Sunday April 11th

Half Day - $20

Heart of Communication

Learn the True Art of listening with your Heart
A participatory class with pair and group practice based on Buddhist principles. It’s an opportunity to grow spiritually through learning how to listen with an open heart, without projection or judgment.
Experience the joy of feeling completely understood and cared for.

Five 2 1/2-hour classes

Buddha School - Introductory 12-week course
